With the hiring of eleven new team members in just the last six months, Province Mortgage Associates has never been more poised to help the hard-working people living in underserved and under-resourced cities and towns across New England. This new group of professionals adds to an already existing team of Sr. Mortgage Advisors like Dan Hartman, Jim Bethune, and Stephen Antonelli who have already been representing the Spanish speaking market at Province for years. Regional Sales Manager, Joel Kornbliet, with over forty years of mortgage industry experience recruited Sr. Mortgage Advisors, Eric Canales and Elizabeth Oviedo, who service markets in northern MA, NH, and RI. The Feliz Mortgage Group, captained by Branch Manager and entrepreneur, Ramon Feliz, along with Mortgage Advisor, Rose Bencosme, Production Assistant, Yuridys Sosa, and Loan Processor, Karelin Marcia, came onboard this year as a team truly committed to educating Spanish-speaking buyers and homeowners. Team Davidson, comprised of Sr. Mortgage Advisor, Author, and Community Builder, Michelle Davidson, and Production Assistant, Alba Guzman enjoy teaching how to use real estate to create generational wealth. Rounding out the new hires are Sr. Mortgage Advisor, David Silvernail with roots throughout Norfolk and surrounding counties in MA, and Mortgage Advisor, Michael Bergmann, adding to our Shelton, CT team. This talented and dedicated group of mortgage professionals have chosen to make Province Mortgage Associates their new home, putting them in the best possible position to provide outstanding service to the many people of their communities looking to become successful homeowners.
