Josh has been with Embrace for many years starting as an intern while in college.  Despite having nearly a decade of industry experience, he’s only 30.  He demonstrated growth during a tumultuous period in the industry.  He has taken on responsibilities in most areas of Compliance as it relates to serving the customers and the loan officers.  He manages the document library Embrace’s 3rd party doc provider relationships, addresses the lion’s share internal compliance helpdesk tickets from loan officers, and has served as compliance’s conduit to their tech teams for the last couple years.

Josh finds time to give back to his community as a varsity high school baseball coach.
