Janet Bausch not only heads Northpoint’s presence in the US Virgin Islands but is also the branch manager of our Rhode Island office! She is also a Senior Loan Officer with a mortgage license in RI, MA, CT, FL, and the USVI. Besides being an expert in the mortgage industry for over 33 years, she was also a Realtor in NY for 3 years and closed 100 homes.
