The notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the RIMBA website. On some pages, you can apply for membership or register for events,  make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the event nessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive information and updates on upcoming events. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you register or join RIMBA.

Our Commitment To Data Security:

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Shipping Policy:

We do not ship any products.  All purchases are for Memberships and/or Events.

Refund/Return Policy:

There are no Refunds or Returns issued on Memberships Dues.  Educational Programs (which include NMLS approved courses) and Networking Events require a written cancellation to be received no later than 48 hours prior to the event to receive a refund.  No-Shows will be invoiced. 

Event Cancellation Policy:

Participants registered for Networking events and  Educational Programs (which include NMLS approved courses) will be notified via email and/or telephone in the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  Every effort will be made to reschedule the event in a timely manner. Those who are not able to attend the rescheduled date will be issued a full refund.
